Manifest

This is where we come back when someone — most often ourselves — wants to add something to todayXP that's not here.

01

What todayXP is

A counter. You tap + or −. The app remembers the sum. That's all.

02

Why

Your mind runs on stories. Games are addictive because they narrow focus and make progress feel tangible. todayXP treats life like a game — but without characters, levels, or achievements. Just score.

Because score is enough to start being aware of your own decisions. And awareness of your own decisions is the start of a better life.

03

Your game

You know what's a plus. You know what's a minus. The app doesn't judge, categorize, or suggest. It gives you two buttons and counts.

The rules are simple: one + or one − per action.

04

What todayXP doesn't do (and won't)

No leaderboards. You don't compete with anyone except yourself a minute ago.
No levels, achievements, streaks. All of that is gamification noise — it moves attention from life onto the app. We want the opposite.
No goals or deadlines. We're not a habit tracker. We don't nag you with "hey, you haven't added anything today."
No pre-set categories or labels. The note is free text, optional. Zero setup.
No community, friends, sharing. This is a private tool. Your score isn't content to publish.
No charts or statistics. If you want analytics — other apps exist. Here it's just a number.
No ads, no sponsored anything. The app is paid, so we sell nothing else.
No pushy notifications. Your phone doesn't beg you to "come back." If you forget for a week — that's fine, you'll come back on your own.
05

Why the widget matters most

Your phone is always with you. The app should disappear into the background, the score should stay in your head. A lock-screen widget is the non-invasive way to keep the number in sight 24/7 — without opening anything.

06

Pricing philosophy

todayXP is a one-time purchase. Lifetime. No subscription. No hidden costs. Because an app at this scale shouldn't have an ongoing revenue model — that would be theft.

First 30 pluses are free, so you can see if it's even for you.

07

The final goal

Improving awareness of one's own decisions, and through that — life satisfaction of every person who uses the app.

If something doesn't serve this goal — we cut it. No sentiment.

Attention belongs to your life, not to the app.
